Job Holders

  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum closing balance of PKR 1,000,000 (solo traveler) or PKR 1,500,000 (for a family).

  • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

  • Your original salary slips for the last 3 months from your employer.

  • Business Invitation Letter from a company in Czech Republic(this is a mandatory requirement).

  • An original Leave Sanction Letter from your employer, printed on official company letterhead.

  • A recent Police Character Certificate.

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Czech Republic.

Dependent / Student

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.

  • Your sponsor's personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum balance of PKR 1,000,000 (for one person) or PKR 1,500,000 (for a family).

  • Your sponsor's personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

  • letter of sponsorship from your sponsor confirming their full financial support for the trip.

  • A copy of the student's current School, College, or University ID card.

  • An original Bonafide Letter or Leave Sanction letter from the educational institution.

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in the Czech Republic or the Schengen Area.

  • For Minors Traveling with One Parent: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on PKR 100 stamp paper from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory. A copy of their passport or CNIC must be attached.

Retired Person

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.
