This is the full document guide for the Denmark Schengen visa. Please read this important update: The embassy is currently only accepting applications from people visiting a direct family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) who is a legal resident in Denmark.


Business Owners

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.

  • Three recent 35mm x 45mm color photographs with a plain white background.

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (minimum closing balance of PKR 1,000,000 (for solo travelers) or PKR 2,500,000 (for families), printed on official bank letterhead.

  • Original business bank statement for the last 6 months, on letterhead with the official bank stamp and signature.

  • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

  • Company income tax returns for the last 3 years (if your business files them separately).

  • Proof of your business ownership (e.g., Proprietorship or Partnership documents).

  • Your official Company Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Denmark or the Schengen Area.

Job Holders

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.

  • Three recent 35mm x 45mm color photographs with a plain white background.

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (minimum closing balance of PKR 1,000,000 (for solo travelers) or PKR 2,500,000 (for families), printed on official bank letterhead.

  • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

  • Your original salary slips for the last 3 months from your employer.

  • An original Leave Sanction Letter from your employer, printed on official company letterhead.

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Denmark or the Schengen Area.

Dependent / Student

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.

  • Three recent 35mm x 45mm color photographs with a plain white background.

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

  • Your sponsor's personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum closing balance of PKR 1,000,000 (for one person) or PKR 2,500,000 (for a family).

  • Your sponsor's personal income tax returns or tax deduction certificates for the last 3 years.

  • A letter of sponsorship from your sponsor confirming their full financial support for the trip.

  • A copy of the student's current School, College, or University ID card.

  • An original Bonafide Letter or Leave Sanction letter from the educational institution.

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Denmark or the Schengen Area.

  • For Minors Traveling with One Parent: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on PKR 100 stamp paper from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory. A copy of their passport or CNIC must be attached.

Retired Person

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.

  • Three recent 35mm x 45mm color photographs with a plain white background.

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum closing balance of PKR 1,000,000 (for solo travelers) or PKR 2,500,000 (for families).

  • Personal income tax returns or tax deduction certificates for the last 3 years.

  • Proof of pension income, such as pension slips or bank credits.

  • A copy of your official retirement order or relieving letter from your last employer.

  • A copy of your discharge book (if applicable, for armed forces personnel).

  • A copy of your pension book (if you are currently receiving a pension).

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Denmark or the Schengen Area.
