Job Holders

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • A clear, scanned color copy of the first two pages of your current passport.

  • Recent passport-sized color phoatographs (can have a blue or white background).

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

  • Personal bank statement for the last 1 year, showing a recommended minimum balance of PKR 700,000 (for solo travelers) or PKR 1,000,000 (for families).

  • Your original salary slips for the last 3 months from your employer.

  • An original Leave Sanction Letter from your employer, printed on official company letterhead.

  • A confirmed and paid return e-ticket.

  • A confirmed hotel booking for the duration of your stay.

Dependent / Student

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • A clear, scanned color copy of the first two pages of your current passport.

  • Recent passport-sized color photographs (can have a blue or white background).

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

  • Your sponsor's personal bank statement for the last 1 year, showing a recommended minimum balance of PKR 700,000 (for one person) or PKR 1,000,000 (for a family).

  • A letter of sponsorship from your sponsor confirming their full financial support for the trip.

  • A confirmed and paid return e-ticket.

  • A confirmed hotel booking for the duration of your stay.

  • A copy of the student's current School, College, or University ID card.

  • An original Bonafide Letter or Leave Sanction letter from the educational institution.

  • For Minors Traveling with One Parent: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on PKR 100 stamp paper from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory.

Retired Person

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • A clear, scanned color copy of the first two pages of your current passport.

  • Recent passport-sized color photographs (can have a blue or white background).

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

  • Proof of pension income, such as a pension book or recent pension slips.

  • A confirmed and paid return e-ticket.

  • A confirmed hotel booking for the duration of your stay.

  • A copy of your official retirement order or relieving letter from your last employer.

  • A copy of your discharge book (if applicable, for armed forces personnel).

    Note: Many of our clients who visit Thailand also add a trip to see Sri Lanka or Maldives on the same journey. 

Important notes:

  • File Formats: Please ensure all scanned documents are in JPG or PDF format and under 3MB in size.

  • Bank Statement Details: It is very important to avoid large, sudden deposits into your account before the statement is printed.

  • Statement Date: Your bank statement must be recent (printed no more than 7 days before your submission date).

  • Fees: Our price for the Thailand e-visa is all-inclusive. It covers our complete assistance service and includes the official government e-visa fee (currently 14,500 PKR).

  • Submission Hours: The visa application center operates Mon-Fri, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, with scheduled lunch and Juma breaks.

  • Final Decision: Please be aware that the final decision to grant a visa rests solely with the Embassy of Thailand.
